【典故】 原意为年老信佛， 以求保佑， 有临渴掘井之意。 后因称平时无准备而事急时仓猝张罗为“临时抱佛脚”。

【出处】 唐·孟郊《读经》诗： “垂老抱佛脚， 教妻读黄经。”
